Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

You are responsible for your own API keys for third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). CostLens is not responsible for charges incurred through your API keys or any issues with third-party services.

Data Retention: We retain your data according to your plan tier (7-365 days). You can request data deletion at any time.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CostLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your data and prompts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
